Although Gregorian Chant is the official song of the Catholic Church, it is rarely used in Spanish Masses.  My goal is to make chant accessible to the Spanish speaking communities through two methods: adapting some of the ordinaries and simple chants to the Spanish language to be better understood, and thus more easily embraced; and secondly, by simplifying some of the more complicated chants in such a way that they retain their beauty while still being easily learned by beginner to intermediate level parish choirs.  Since most Spanish choirs are led by guitarists, my goal is to have guitar chords available for the chants, especially the Mass ordinaries.  Because this is a work in progress, I encourage you to check back frequently.
